Expensive Crew

I’ve a design accommodates your two chips：Intel Ethernet Controller I210-IT  &  Intel Ethernet Connection I219LM, and I would like so as to add electrostatic safety. So I select a Community transformer from Pulse (H5008NL).

I seach the datasheet of I219LM and I210-IT,  however I nonetheless do not know the kind of the Chips‘ PHY,  so I do not know the crimson font（“Vdd???”） within the image under is want or not？

I google the query，it tells me： if the PHY’s tpye is present sources, the “TCT1,TCT2,TCT3,TCT4” ought to join a Voltage(Vdd) and a capacitance. if the PHY’s tpye is voltage sources, the “TCT1,TCT2,TCT3,TCT4” ought to simply join a capacitance. 

So I wish to know which design is right?  And I hope to get a advisable design.
