actually fast query, hoping any individual can help. I am trying to construct my first PC. I’ve bought a couple of previous parts. I simply have a query close to this Processor. 

Intel® Core™ i5-4690 Processor

When i view it is reminiscence specs on the intel website it says the under; 

It says DDR3 – 1333/1600. Does that imply total, or does that imply per Reminiscence stick slot. 

The Motherboard can go as much as 3200hz. So my important query is, can if i purchase x2 8GB sticks of 1600MZ – will this be 32GB/3200HZ total. or will or not it’s 36GB/1600HZ total (and the CPU will robotically clock the person x2 reminiscence frequencies at 800HZ every? (1600HZ total).
